General
In the Family Class you will learn the fundamentals of Martial Arts training, including how to move, how to escape simple grabs, how to do basic joint locks and how to fall properly.
We also do some weapons training in Jool Bong (Nunchucks) and sparring and grappling.
We will also do general fitness and stretching exercises.
In the Low Impact Class we focus on movements to aid recovery and keep you fit. These are based on biomechanics and include stretches, joint alignment, resistance training, and low level weight training. We also work on balance and incorporate some of the fundamental Martial Arts movements in our main syllabus.
